Terms of Use
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Daysafe is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add a few points specific to Daysafe.
A day counter, not advice
Daysafe records days and counts them against rules such as Schengen 90/180, 183-day rules and the U.S. substantial presence test. It is not tax, legal or immigration advice. Rules have exceptions that depend on your situation; check important decisions with a qualified professional or the official authority.
Accuracy
Automatic days depend on your iPhone's location and settings and can be wrong or missing (for example near borders, in flight or with location turned off). You can review and correct every day. Please check your days before relying on them.
Free trial and purchases
- 14-day free trial: all features for 14 days, no charge, no automatic subscription. Recording your days stays free after the trial.
- Trip Pass: all Pro features for 30 days. It does not renew automatically.
- Yearly: all Pro features for one year. It renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Lifetime: all Pro features with a single payment.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the app's counts, such as fines, entry refusals or tax consequences. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
